Terms & Conditions

Pricing & Charges
The rate quoted in your confirmation is based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final charges may vary based on actual usage, including wait time, additional stops, tolls, and other applicable fees.

Tax and gratuity are not included in the quoted price. All quotes are valid for 7 days and are subject to change without notice.

Booking & Payment
Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit and/or valid credit card information is received. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • A 3.5% surcharge applies to all credit card payments.

  • Full payment by credit card must be completed at the time of booking.

For credit card payments, the following are required:

  • Signed credit card authorization form (provided by Slick Limo)

  • Photo ID (driver’s license – front and back)

  • Credit card image (front and back)

  • Signatures must match on all documents

These requirements are strictly enforced due to prior fraudulent transactions. No exceptions.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or less before the booking will be charged 100% of the estimated price plus tax.

  • Reservations cancelled without proper notice will also be billed at 100% of the estimated price plus tax.

Additional Fees
The following are not included in the base price and may be added where applicable:

  • Tolls, parking, airport, and border fees

  • Niagara Parks Commission permit (if traveling near the Falls)

  • International exchange rate adjustments (based on rate at time of billing)

A $350 sanitation fee will apply for excessive cleaning (e.g., illness-related incidents).

Wait Time & Overtime
Wait time is defined as the time between the scheduled pickup and when the passenger enters the vehicle.

  • Airport pickups:

    • 1 hour grace period from scheduled flight arrival

    • After that: $1.00 per minute

    • If a flight is delayed and the client declines wait-time charges, service may be cancelled

  • All other bookings:

    • Overtime applies after the scheduled service time

    • Charged at $120–$150 per hour, depending on vehicle

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

  • Any damage caused to the vehicle during service

  • Cleaning up personal items and waste

  • Ensuring no belongings are left behind (especially for point-to-point trips)

Slick Limo is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

Conduct & Safety

  • Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited in all vehicles

  • Any fines incurred due to illegal activity will be the responsibility of the client

  • Drivers reserve the right to terminate service without refund for inappropriate behavior

Service Limitations
Slick Limo is not responsible for delays due to:

  • Traffic

  • Weather conditions

  • Border crossings

  • Unsafe winter driving conditions

In the event of a vehicle breakdown, we will make every effort to recover lost time or provide a full or partial refund.
